MedsSearch - our secure, web-based index - accessible to you and the staff members you designate 24/7-from anywhere you have Internet access.

Digital Signature

Login to our secure web server and digitally sign and route your documents.  You can edit them, send us feedback, or sign them.  Our Distribution Server will automatically forward your signed and dated letter to the referring physician, insurance company, or any recipient you designate.

Document Routing

We can automatically route your files for you.  We can fax or e-mail letters to your referring doctors; send a copy to your billing department and the people who process your dictation.

Routing capabilities are very specific. Users can route by a number of criteria including department, work type, doctor name, and many more. Multiple routing is also possible. For example, Dr. Smith can have his documents routed to his office and documents associated with Dr. Smith can also be routed to a different place designated by his department. The Distribution Server is extremely flexible. It is designed to accelerate document delivery as well as relieve essential personnel of mundane tasks such as paper work and nominal computer file creation and data administration.

PATIENT INFORMATION FORMS

Automate your patient information forms.  Patients login to our secure site, complete their information sheet and a copy is sent to your office for pre-registration.  Another copy is indexed along with any dictation on that patient in our secure web index, accessible to you from anywhere you have Internet access.

You will be assigned the same transcriptionist every night. There will be a brief learning curve, but soon they will become familiar with your style. And editing as they go, they will return work that is always grammatically and syntactically PERFECT.  No punctuation or syntax errors, inconsistencies are flagged, and tired-doctor absent-minded dictation mistakes are automatically corrected for you.  After awhile they can almost read your mind but they will never second guess you.
